Conversations were held between the Building Regulators, the Architect and heritage. The owner decided they wished for a mist system to be installed and to employ a team that would understand the complexities of retro fitting this type of building

NPHS-UK were tasked with designing, installing and maintaining a high-pressure water mist system to allow as much safe living space as possible whilst also providing some compensation to the lack of compartmentation and fire resistance of the old-style wall fabrications.
After a quick consultation and review of the proposed plans, the team at NPHS-UK offered a free quote and site survey. The proposed water mist system, including the system design, layout drawings and quotations were submitted to Building Regs by the Architect and appointment was made on inspection of working days.
The specialist installation team at NPHS -UK completed the retrofit project within 5 days, being considerate to existing structures and finishes that wished to be maintained intact. Our speed also allowed the other trades on-site to commence their work and continue the renovation.
